Energy & Business Mentor - hurdle solver

"It's not a double life, it's everyday life." This is how I usually answer the question of when I find time and energy for my spirituality alongside everything else. For me, living spiritually means using my mind, my entire consciousness - so every situation, every encounter and every second on this planet is a spiritual journey of discovery. How wonderful to keep coming back to yourself.

I am married and the mother of a son. Born in 1985, I came to spiritual topics at an early age. I received my first Reiki degree according to Usui Shiki Ryoho at the age of 11. I live my spirituality from the heart, openly and undogmatically - with a spirit of research in areas such as quantum physics, neuroscience and psychology. I have been practicing as a spiritual healer and coach in Hamburg since 2014 and in Lüneburg since 2022.

MY MISSION

With my work and on this site, I want to inspire you to recognize your self-worth, develop a sense of your value, integrate your values into your life and share your value with your world.

What makes me an expert in this field is not my training, but the fact that I have been in this self-esteem mess myself. Yes, the road to this point has been very difficult at times, characterized by rejection, violence, feelings of inferiority, dark clouds and countless attempts to compensate.

I have decided that my past does not have to be my future and that my value can never be diminished by anyone. I have decided to make something great out of all the old pain too: My life and my calling.

If there's one thing I've learned: There is a way out. There is. And I would be happy to accompany you.
